Lifegym is now running Kettlebell group classes
Classes are on Thursday evenings at 7.30pm & Sat at 9am.
Suitable for all ages and levels, male & female.
Beginners always welcome.
 
Kettlebell movements train the whole body, helping you with Weight Loss, Body Shape, Power, Strength, Developing the Core Muscles & improving Aerobic Fitness. Kettlebell training is one of the best ways to burn calories.
