Increase your cellular energy. Creatine is the officially recognised and approved energy and strength booster for sports that allows athletes and trainers to work harder and make greater gains in training.
Creatine is present in all of the body’s cells. It works like an extra power-pack for muscle cells, but also for brain and nerve cells. We get it from ingesting creatine-containing foods (such as meat and fish) and by manufacturing it ourselves from amino-acids. It is thought to be largely responsible for explosive movement and, in this way, it can contribute hugely to sport and exercise. You become stronger, can train harder, lift heavier weights and become leaner. And the benefits persist too.
Creatine is considered acceptable by WADA and is approved under food law in the EU. Creatine is normally stored in the cells at less than its full potential, so extra creatine is easily taken up and stored. This makes more cellular energy available to the body and benefits all tissues, in particular the brain, and not just muscles.
Amazing University Study Reveals That Hi-Tech Product Works 160% Better Than Creatine
In a study conducted in two major Universities (Nebraska, USA and Nottingham, UK) this nutritional formula increased lean muscle tissue gain, reduced fat and enhanced strength and speed. After 4 weeks test subjects were able to run faster, jump higher and lift heavier weights as well as lose fat and increase muscle tone.
30 subjects (all college athletes) were randomly divided into 3 groups of 10:
- Group 1 received a placebo
- Group 2 received 5g of Creatine
- Group 3 received the Creatine formula on which Ultimate Body Fuel is based
Before the study, test subjects’ body fat and lean muscle mass were measured as well as:
- Maximum strength in bench press
- Top speed in a 100m sprint
- Best vertical jump
This was a ‘double blind study’ where subjects were unaware of which formula they received. At the end of 4 weeks, subjects using the new nutrition formulation gained more muscle mass, lost more fat, could jump significantly higher, run faster and were stronger than those in Groups 1 and 2. The subjects in group 3 gained as much as 8lbs of lean muscle and lost fat in only 4 weeks.
